Ruffino's Toscana Bianco IGT "Aqua di Venus" is made from vermentino, sangiovese and chardonnay grapes; the first two come from the coastal area of southern Tuscany, while the chardonnay grapes come from the "La Solatìa" estate, not far from Siena. Processed exclusively in steel, it offers a very pleasant freshness of flavor and a good crispness.
Tasting Notes.: Strawberry. The nose is expressed with hints of tropical fruits and citrus, notes of sage and rosemary and mineral tones. The palate is fine, savory, with a pleasant structure.
Pairings: Excellent with baked fish, also goes well with white meats and fresh cheeses.
