Tasting notes: by. straw yellow color clear, the nose expresses nice hints of white-fleshed fruit, pear and white peach, and a light citrus, grapefruit aroma. In the mouth it is fresh, with good complexity, characterized by a clear mineral trace and a nice finish, particularly satisfying.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, ideal with lightly smoked fish dishes, shellfish, anchovies and baked pasta dishes. Excellent on a tuna salad.
