Alìe, a figure from Greek mythology, one of the sea nymphs, a symbol of sensuality and beauty. Alìe, an elegant Rosé with a clear, pure color and soft ruby reflections. A refined balance between Syrah and Vermentino, which find their highest expression in their proximity to the sea. Aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus peels blend into a delicate structure with hints of minerality typical of the terroir, giving a long, rich finish. Enchanting from aperitif to meals and in good company. Soft pink with peach undertones immediately expresses its intriguing personality. The incisive and unmistakable bouquet pervades the senses, intoxicating with Mediterranean scents that blend with those of fresh fruit and ripe fruit fully satisfying. Finally, the september peach stands out. Floral notes are not long in coming, with light hints of rose. On the palate the fruity notes return and captivating citrus sensations, such as pink grapefruit, are added. Little by little the savory nuance elegantly makes its entrance in this whirlwind of taste sensations.

Harvest | From the vineyard to the winery, attention to detail is paramount. The grapes, once harvested, are transported to the winery quickly to the end of not wasting or damaging the clusters. |
Vinification | One of the highlights of Alìe production, however, is the crushing stage. The clusters are loaded into the press in full and in the absence of oxygen. The pressures applied during this phase are the softest and gentlest; this process together with the careful selection of the musts and a subsequent decanting of them for no less than 12 hours allows the elimination of all those vegetable components that would otherwise make the wine unpleasant. Fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of less than 20°C. |
