20,000 medium / annual bottles baked by a mountain productive territory where wine is an integral part of the place culture. The cooperative was born in 1980 with about 25 members who became more than 70 today, operating in the areas of the Chambave denominations including the municipalities of Châtillon, Saint Vincent, Saint Denis and Verrayes, and Nus which in turn includes the municipalities of Quart and Fénis. Difficult viticulture therefore with collections that are made up to 850 meters above sea level, in an exclusive microclimate in the less rainy area of ​​the region where the thermal excursions are on the agenda. The exhibited range is well significant where in addition to the processing of native vines we also find interpretations of Variety dear Oltralpe with Syrah and Pinot Nero. To the tastings, as usual, it beats all the Moscato passito prieuré in this year 2017.
