Bubble wines
The first cellar dates back to 1883 and was built in Soave, a medieval town south-east of Verona, from Abel Bolla, owner of the "Al Gambero" inn. His pioneering spirit and the florrea will of him determined the birth of the first family winery. In almost half a century of activity, the Bolla family came to export the wines of Veronese into dozens of markets already in the immediate after war. On April 13, 1953, on the occasion of the 80th birthday of Alberto Bolla, the children and grandchildren surprised his grandfather boiling his favorite wine with a special label: Amarone Bubble Riserva del Grandpa, vintage 1950. Just from this happy intuition began luck of Amarone, current icon of the Excellence of Valpolicella: the first to market it were the brothers bubble. "Pride of the past, passion for the future": this is the motto of the bubble family, which well summarizes respect for tradition and pushing to innovation, indispensable requirements to maintain quality over time, in line with needs of the consumer. Meanwhile, the world of cinema also contributed to the success of the bubble wines over the years of sweet life. Between 2006 and 2009, Wine Italian Group perfected the purchase of the cellar, continuing the production of bubble wines and thus becoming a distributor of the brand all over the world. Today Italian wine group preserves the original values ​​and the philosophy of the Bolla family, making fun of concepts such as the quality and excellence that make a cellar bubble with a great present and a great soul.
